Based on the contact details the consumer will provide while ordering the product, the company and delivery partner will contact them at the time of order confirmation and delivery, respectively. If the consumer is not available at the delivery address on the delivery date, the product will be returned to the company, which is not liable to re-deliver the order. In case of any charges, the consumer has to bear the same, as that amount will be deducted from the amount the consumer has paid, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the consumer only after receiving the returned product in the same condition as when it was dispatched.
The consumer has to initiate the return or replacement of the product within 7 days. If the product return or replacement reason is found to be bogus based on the video and pictures uploaded at the time of the return procedure, then the refund process will stop with a communication from the delivery partner or company.
