Can I be a dealer or distributor?Kindly fill out the communication form and specify the purpose of getting connected with the company. A company representative will get in touch with you for further, detailed discussion.

What if no one is there to pick up the order?Based on the contact details the consumer will provide while ordering the product, the company and delivery partner will contact them at the time of order confirmation and delivery, respectively. If the consumer is not available at the delivery address on the delivery date, the product will be returned to the company, which is not liable to re-deliver the order. In case of any charges, the consumer has to bear the same, as that amount will be deducted from the amount the consumer has paid, and the remaining amount will be refunded to the consumer only after receiving the returned product in the same condition as when it was dispatched.

Will you deliver at my location?Kindly provide your exact location details, which include your specific address, district, city, state, and pin code. The system will automatically indicate whether or not the product can be delivered to that location when the order is finalised.

Payment was deducted from my account, but the order tab is not showing my order. What can I do?Kindly wait for 1-2 days, as it can be a website or bank server-related issue. If still no indication is provided, then contact customer care. You will receive complete assistance from the company's end.

Do you provide any offers during the holiday season?Yes, the company provides various offers and schemes during the festive season as well as in non-festive seasons, and consumers can get that information on the website home page and by the intimation message over the number that you have provided at the time of the feedback form submission.

Is there a return or replacement period with the product?The consumer has to initiate the return or replacement of the product within 7 days. If the product return or replacement reason is found to be bogus based on the video and pictures uploaded at the time of the return procedure, then the refund process will stop with a communication from the delivery partner or company.

If we order in bulk, would we get any discount?According to company rules, discounts are available if you order in excess of a certain number. Information on the discount will be available during checkout.

I want to repurchase the same product each month. Can I make it automatic?You must repurchase it, as sometimes companies provide multiple schemes for the same product or size that need to be selected by the consumer only. So, it cannot be an automatic task.

I want each type of tea, but in trail packs. Do you have any offers for me?Sorry, the company does not offer trial packs for any of its sizes.

I have received a damaged parcel. Where can I register the complaint?Record a video and click on the genuine pictures where the company product is the same as delivered to the consumer. The company will look into the matter, and if the parcel is damaged or ruptured by the company’s manufacturing unit, then action will be taken and a refund will be initiated.

What will the delivery charges be?Depending on the delivery address, delivery fees will be determined. Since they depend on the delivery partner and the area, it is impossible to provide specific delivery costs here.
